Cancellation & Refund Policy
Plans change, we get it. These terms cover every tour and fishing charter booked through Infinite Discoveries.
Most of the year
- Cancel 48 hours or more before your trip starts: full refund.
- Cancel less than 48 hours before: no refund.
Holiday season (trips Dec 1 – Jan 1)
Goes by the date of your trip, not the date you booked.
- Cancel 10 days or more before your trip: full refund.
- Cancel less than 10 days before: the 50% deposit is kept, and anything paid beyond it is refunded.
Weather or operator cancels
If bad weather or the operator calls off your trip, we'll first move you to another date for free. If no other date works for you, you get a full refund.

Message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll take care of it.
If your booking confirmation email lists different terms, the terms in that email apply.
